A guided breath and sound immersion used to soften the edges between the conscious and subconscious. I use the breath to access stored patterns, ancestral whispers, higher guidance, and the spacious inner terrain where transformation begins.

Utilizing the heat and grounding nature of the stone in this session creates powerful relief and ease in the muscle tissue in addition to the relaxing nature of this customized massage. This can be done in conjunction to a deep tissue or lighter pressure service.
